Project Support Analyst

The Project Support Analyst works within a digital delivery team to help plan and track technology initiatives. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, action registers, documentation and reporting, and supporting governance and procurement processes. The analyst works with project managers, business analysts and a broad range of stakeholders, handling competing priorities and bringing structure to complex activities. Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills are needed, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Teams, to help improve systems supporting essential services.
