Network and Infrastructure Specialist

Maintain, monitor and optimise network and IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs and connectivity across multiple sites. Provide day-to-day support for servers and cloud and on-premises environments, troubleshoot network, VOIP, AV and IPTV issues, and manage ICT assets, backups and disaster recovery. Support infrastructure projects and technology upgrades with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensure security and data protection compliance, and promote technology best practices. Requires Cisco and Meraki experience, virtualised and hybrid infrastructure skills, and strong networking knowledge.
