Data Governance and Reporting Manager

Lead data governance and reporting across a growing community housing organisation, reviewing current reporting, data and systems to identify gaps and opportunities. Establish shared data definitions, quality rules, ownership and a central register of reporting obligations, and deliver accurate reporting to government, regulators, funding partners and the Board. Build reports, dashboards and templates in Excel and Power BI, document processes and quality checks, and act as data lead on new system implementations. Engage non-technical stakeholders across tenancy, development, finance, HR and legal to embed new processes.
