Delivery Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned defence projects and work packages, focusing on software, systems integration and complex technical delivery. Translate customer, contractual and business commitments into integrated plans covering activities, milestones, dependencies, resources and forecasts. Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, software, operations, supply chain, quality, commercial, finance and product support. Monitor delivery performance, manage dependencies and blockers, drive recovery actions, coordinate change impacts, maintain delivery governance and support acceptance and handover. Improve planning, coordination and execution practices to increase delivery predictability.
