MDR Analyst, Unit 42

Analyze threat alerts from Cortex XDR and own the incident lifecycle from outbreak to full remediation, working closely with global customers. Collaborate with security research, threat intelligence and threat hunting teams to detect and remediate emerging threats, and provide feedback to product, research and engineering teams. Requires familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR and firewall technologies, attack trends and vectors, and strong English communication. Malware analysis, relevant certifications and hands-on Cortex XSOAR or Cortex XDR experience are advantageous.
