Technical Specialist (D365 CE) ACT

This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership and customer engagement to deliver modern business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. You will implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate, contribute to solution design and technical governance, conduct code reviews, and participate in requirements gathering, workshops, agile ceremonies, testing and deployment. The position also involves customer consulting, presales support including demonstrations and RFP responses, and identifying opportunities for platform optimisation and innovation across the wider solutions team.
