Portfolio Engagement Lead (NSW/ACT)

Lead a two-branch regional portfolio, aligning local priorities with national strategic objectives. Manage two Branch Managers, build capability and drive performance across membership growth, engagement, advocacy and operational excellence. Develop relationships with committees, volunteers, members, industry and government stakeholders, and represent the organisation at regional forums. Oversee governance, reporting, risks and continuous improvement, while activating advocacy campaigns and supporting volunteer-led networks. Requires strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen and communication skills.
