Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver consulting projects by engaging clients and stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing clear, compelling recommendations. You will take ownership of specific project domains or workstreams, lead client and stakeholder engagements, contribute to business development, and coordinate small to medium-sized projects. You will also support Project Directors and Managers on larger engagements and help develop junior consultants. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
