Energy Trading Analyst (M/F)

Manage and analyse algorithmic trading strategies in real-time energy markets across Australia. Operate dispatch and forecasting algorithms, monitor P&L, and study market conditions, constraints, and competitor behaviour. Develop, validate, and implement new strategies into production algorithms while contributing to codebases, data pipelines, analysis platforms, and risk management software. Requires a degree in engineering, mathematics, or science, first experience in energy trading or risk modelling, understanding of AEMO's NEM dispatch engine, and software or data analysis skills using Python, SQL, or visualisation tools.
