Secure Gateway Engineer

This role is a hands-on technical lead for secure information exchange solutions in a Federated Mission Networking environment. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, deploying, and managing Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls and Isode M-Guard cross-domain solutions, translating architectural designs into engineering specifications, and ensuring compliance with Defence standards. The position involves agile delivery, testing, troubleshooting multi-vendor security systems, and mentoring junior engineers. Key technologies include PAN-OS, Panorama, VPNs, LDAP/X.500, XML schema validation, and security label enforcement.
