Senior Consultant - Strategic Consulting

Supports property and infrastructure advisory assignments, including feasibility assessments, business cases, property strategies and transaction-related work. Undertakes quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpreting property, market, financial and policy information, and prepares client reports and presentations. Contributes to financial modelling, market research and demand analysis, and supports proposals and project administration. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and the ability to manage competing deadlines while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
