ICT Operations & Delivery Manager

Take ownership of the operational arm of a largely cloud-based ICT environment, overseeing day-to-day IT service delivery, vendors, incidents and operational priorities while acting as a technology partner to stakeholders across construction, hotels, finance, HR and sales. Deliver technology projects from scoping and planning through implementation, adoption and transition into BAU. Manage vendor relationships, service desk escalations, operational administration, project budgets and risks. Work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Autodesk Construction Cloud, contributing to ICT roadmap, governance and cyber security initiatives.
