Test Manager

Lead end-to-end testing across a large-scale telecommunications infrastructure transformation program. Define testing strategy, frameworks and delivery approaches, and oversee system, integration, infrastructure, performance and UAT phases. Manage test environments, defect management and testing governance while coordinating testing teams, vendors and stakeholders. Provide reporting, test metrics and risk recommendations to leadership, drive continuous improvement and mentor testing resources. Work in a complex technical environment with senior stakeholders, supporting a critical infrastructure initiative on an initial 12-month contract with extension potential.
