About the role
Assist in delivering application support and IT services across the Asia Pacific region. Support logging, categorisation, prioritisation, tracking, and resolution of incidents and service requests against agreed service levels. Act as a user contact for application and service inquiries, providing updates and building relationships with customers, support teams, and suppliers. Help with application monitoring, routine maintenance, access requests, testing, documentation, and knowledge-base updates. Investigate recurring issues with users and technical teams, support problem resolution, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Requires general IT knowledge, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 proficiency, and basic analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
