Technical Architect (D365 CE) ACT

Lead the architecture, design and technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. Act as primary technical authority, providing oversight across the project lifecycle from discovery to go-live, guiding development teams through reviews and best practices. Work with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps, and support pre-sales through proposals, estimations, presentations and demonstrations. Requires strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 modules, .NET, Azure DevOps, integration with Microsoft and third-party systems, scalable enterprise solution design, Agile delivery and stakeholder consulting.
