Technology Associate

Work closely with business units across wealth, capital, funds and group services to understand workflows and translate them into practical solutions. Support requirement analysis, solution design and planning, and prototype with business users. Develop full-stack software using C#/.NET, Angular/React and SQL Server, using AI coding agents as the primary build method and validating AI-generated code. Contribute to internal AI agents and tools, perform integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and help with production releases, troubleshooting and error monitoring in a regulated financial services environment.
