Business Analyst

Experienced business analyst to work between business, technical and vendor teams in a government digital transformation context. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, running workshops, producing current and future state process maps, gap analysis, impact assessments and data mapping, leading user acceptance testing and supporting release planning. The role also involves managing risks and dependencies, writing business cases, executive briefings and specifications, advising senior stakeholders, and working within governance and delivery frameworks while managing external delivery partners.
