Sr Technology Consultant

Deliver services based on a unified observability platform, covering deployment, training, and long-term managed services. Monitor client application performance and availability, review performance trends in operations meetings, and assist with troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis. Maintain dashboards and reports, onboard applications for monitoring, and mentor customers on platform best practices. Support adoption, document deployments, update software, and assist sales in identifying new opportunities. Requires application performance management, monitoring, system or network administration, Java or .NET development, and web programming skills.
