Provide timely, high-quality technical support to keep broadcast programs and networks on air. Investigate and resolve technical faults, perform preventative and broadcast maintenance, and carry out technical operations such as TV master control, program links and outside broadcasts. Support broadcast technical projects from scoping and planning through installation and commissioning. Build client relationships, advise on solutions, and train and guide less experienced colleagues. Requires a background in broadcast technology or a related field and proven technical support capability including troubleshooting, fault resolution, maintenance and installation.
