About the role
Provide end-user and infrastructure support across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange, troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN networks. Support cloud platforms including Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS, and contribute to project deployments. Work with ticketing systems to resolve user issues, collaborate with senior engineers to maintain clean environments, and occasionally attend client sites for onsite support. Requires strong Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud knowledge plus a driver's licence and car.
