Project Director (Health Infrastructure)

Accountable for design, commercial, quality, time and budget outcomes on a major hospital redevelopment. Leads a team of 25–30 public servants and specialist consultants, manages the delivery partner relationship and negotiates complex commercial arrangements. Engages clinicians, hospital executives and the community, and reports to government and the project board with strong governance, risk and probity. Requires large-scale infrastructure project leadership and senior government stakeholder experience.
