Staff Software Engineer, Sovereign Cloud

Design and guide secure, reliable software systems for high-assurance government cloud environments. Advise engineering teams on deployment, containerization, build pipelines, and artifact verification for air-gapped, disconnected, and tactical edge settings. Provide architecture guidance on zero-trust, high-availability distributed systems, and core service reliability. Translate designs into APIs, code, automation, and infrastructure/security configuration, including CI/CD security validation. Partner with security assurance and compliance teams to implement technical controls aligned with ISM and PSPF, and bridge technical discussions across internal teams, delivery partners, and external stakeholders.
