Benefits Management Specialist

Develop and maintain benefits management frameworks, benefit profiles, and program registers covering risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead benefits identification, measurement, reporting, and realisation tracking across large-scale transformation programs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, prepare executive reporting and governance papers, and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and governance forums. Support integration of benefits and risk activities into planning, delivery, business cases, and change. Requires strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with agile delivery experience such as SAFe highly regarded.
