Senior Business Analyst

A Senior Business Analyst role supporting a federal government department's enterprise-wide Records Modernisation Platform. The analyst gathers and validates business requirements, documents AS-IS processes and designs TO-BE process maps, and creates specifications and acceptance criteria with the project team. Responsibilities include developing business cases, advising on complex problems through presentations and walk-throughs, and supporting testing across multiple projects. The role requires strong process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate requirements into workflows, roles, controls and operating procedures.
