Systems Engineer (Threat Labs)

Maintain and support a threat-intelligence lab environment, including Linux systems, virtualisation, orchestration, automation, distributed systems and storage. Monitor availability and performance, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, perform patching and root-cause analysis, and administer accounts, permissions and secure remote access. Provide technical support during security incidents, engage vendors, document operational procedures, and drive automation and process improvements. Work with domestic and international stakeholders and response teams to strengthen threat intelligence and security outcomes.
