Azure Technical Lead

Lead a small team delivering a government ICT transformation program, providing day-to-day technical direction while remaining hands-on in software development. Analyse and modernise enterprise applications migrating to a cloud-first Azure environment, designing and maintaining full-stack solutions with .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular or React, and SQL Server. Refactor legacy systems for security and cloud readiness, build APIs and backend services, troubleshoot complex issues, review pull requests, and translate architecture into practical implementation designs while coordinating deliverables with project managers and architects.
