Senior Performance Business Partner

Lead the day-to-day delivery and assurance of network performance reporting, coordinating complex operational and contractual analysis. Interpret contractual requirements into quantitative modelling, review and assure analytical models, KPI calculations and service payment claims, and oversee service change notices and level adjustment amounts. Turn performance data into clear, evidence-based advice for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating inputs from analysts and legal, commercial and operational teams. Requires advanced Excel and analytical modelling skills, stakeholder management and judgement on operational, contractual and financial risk.
