Senior ICT Network Engineer

Responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure across domestic and international sites. Duties include supporting and monitoring network health and performance, implementing and documenting network upgrades and new site networks, configuration and asset management, and monitoring security layers. The hands-on role also supports server connectivity and storage across Microsoft OS, Hyper-V, and Nutanix environments. Key technologies include Cisco Meraki, Cisco Identity Services Engine, network monitoring tools, firewalls, 802.1x, and Microsoft Azure networking, with strong documentation and stakeholder skills required.
