Project Manager, Organizational Change

The role involves leading integrated project planning and coordination for a large organisational transformation, managing seven interdependent work streams. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the integrated project plan, schedule and critical path, coordinating milestones and dependencies, facilitating planning and delivery workshops with senior stakeholders, translating outcomes into actions and accountabilities, monitoring progress, risks, issues and decisions, and establishing governance, reporting and delivery controls. The position requires strong project planning, scheduling and delivery management capability, experience coordinating complex programs, excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks and critical-path activities in a fast-moving environment.
