Professional Services Engineer

Deliver technical implementation, consulting, and optimisation services for high-performance data infrastructure. Plan and execute installations, upgrades, migrations, and health checks, including rack-and-stack, cabling, and hardware verification. Install and configure storage systems, parallel file systems, monitoring, networking, and high-availability features. Conduct performance benchmarking, tuning, and capacity assessments, and troubleshoot hardware, operating-system, networking, and file-system issues. Produce documentation and deliver workshops and knowledge transfer. Work with customers and cross-functional teams, travelling to sites and supporting remote implementations across time zones.
