Senior Business Analyst

Lead discovery and requirements analysis for an ethics approval, monitoring and reporting service. Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technology stakeholders, document current-state processes and pain points, design future-state processes and service models, and capture business, functional and non-functional requirements. Analyse workflow, records management, reporting and information management needs, assess solution options, and develop recommendations and implementation roadmaps supporting business cases and executive briefings.
