HSE Business Partner

An HSE Business Partner supports operational leaders and frontline teams across telecommunications projects, coaching on critical risk controls and safe work practices. Responsibilities include site inspections, observations, audits, assurance activities, incident investigations, safety meetings, learning teams, injury management and return-to-work support, and HSE reporting in internal and client systems. The role requires knowledge of WHS legislation and management systems, strong stakeholder engagement and coaching ability, organisational skills, and confidence with Microsoft 365 and digital HSE reporting platforms, while championing a Human and Organisational Performance learning culture.
