Senior Business Analyst - Statement of Requirements

Lead the development of a Statement of Requirements for replacing legacy back-end revenue collection systems in a government procurement-readiness initiative. Conduct current-state and future-state analysis of business processes, rules and customer journeys, and elicit and validate business, capability, information, integration, functional and non-functional requirements. Produce capability models, service blueprints, conceptual information models, process models, use cases and traceability artefacts, and define interoperability, integration and data requirements for a composable architecture. Facilitate workshops, build stakeholder consensus, and support procurement evaluation criteria and vendor response assessment frameworks.
