Process Improvement Intern - ACES, Operations

An internship within an operations excellence team focused on continuous improvement. The intern plans and implements initiatives to make processes more efficient, ensures process compliance, and analyses feedback and data to improve site processes. They map processes, identify and resolve process-related issues with site management and stakeholders, and test and implement scalable solutions. The role involves diving deep into data and working with managers, technology teams, data warehouse experts and front-line associates on complex business and operational challenges.
