ERP Program Delivery Manager

Lead a large-scale, whole-of-government ERP transformation program, initially focused on Finance with future scope across Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory, Payroll and HR. Oversee program planning, mobilisation, governance, assurance, reporting and control frameworks, plus budgets, schedules, resources, risks and dependencies. Drive procurement, vendor selection and implementation partner mobilisation, and engage senior executives and stakeholders in complex government settings. Manage organisational change, business readiness, transition planning and benefits realisation, leading multidisciplinary teams and advising executive governance bodies.
