Business Analyst

The role involves defining business requirements and supporting the rollout of a new manufacturing operations platform across factory, supply chain and project teams. Responsibilities include mapping current processes, working with a lead architect to carry requirements into delivery, supporting user acceptance testing, training and go-live, and engaging both senior stakeholders and shop floor users. The platform covers procurement, inventory, fabrication, quality assurance, logistics and workforce scheduling, with an embedded AI layer and integrations with NetSuite and Procore. Candidates need business analysis experience in manufacturing or supply chain systems such as MES or ERP.
