2027 Applied Science Intern (Machine Learning, Recommender Systems), Amazon International Machine Learning

As an Applied Scientist Intern, you will work in a cross-disciplinary team of R&D scientists on complex problems using deep learning, generative AI, information retrieval, NLP and computer vision. You will develop novel solutions, build prototypes, and potentially deliver them to production in customer-facing products. The role involves collaborating with experts, presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing to papers submitted to top ML conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AISTATS, ACL, ICCV, CVPR and KDD. Strong Python programming skills are expected.
